Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Perpanjangan Kontrak Karyawan PT Agrinesia Raya Medan Menggunakan Metode SAW

Abstract

PT. Agrinesia Raya Medan, one of the companies that has so far determined the extension of employee work contracts, is carried out in stages, such as selecting new contract extension documents, ratifying new work contract agreements and so on. This method takes a very long time, so the possibility of errors in the final result of determining the extension of the employee contract often does not meet the criteria required by the company and hampers the company's performance. With this, we need the right system to be used by PT. Agrinesia Raya Medan in helping recommend the extension of the work contract. And one system that is able to solve this problem is to use a computerized decision support system (DSS) with decision making that can take place effectively and efficiently. This employee contract extension decision support system was developed using the Additive Weighting System method in the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 programming language and by using the Microsoft database
